Perhaps the fact that Dani’s parents once met here plays a role, or that he was born here in 1977: Winti has always been a place of longing for him. And secretly, very secretly (he is actually from Zurich!), he had long hoped for a way to give the little town back a piece of his happiness.
In the summer of 2020, the dream became a reality: in the magnificent ambience of an old bar house, we now offer 24 handmade glacé and sorbets. And we hope that we will plant a seed, especially in our youngest fans, that will eventually blossom into a warm, comforting feeling of home.
